Ah, the realtor who helped me out! She is like a mix between a tour guide and a stand-up comedian.

With their bright smile and enthusiastic attitude, they'll take you on a whirlwind tour of every house in the neighborhood, pointing out all the amazing features like a hype man at a concert. "Check out this kitchen! It's got enough counter space to host a cooking show!" they'll exclaim.
